Symphony Salons are held monthly beginning
January through May 2023
Each Symphony Salon is uniquely curated to showcase the spectacular talents of members of Symphony of the Americas’ orchestra. Performances offer carrying styles of music and range from solos to octets. They may include guest artists and principal musicians depending on the repertoire.
The evening is experienced in a non-traditional theater setting, an intimate portrayal within the home of a Symphony Board or Symphony Society member. Guests enjoy wine, champagne, hors d’oeuvres and music. It’s a perfect niche for smaller audiences looking for something different and personable.
Dinner with Pablo Mielgo
The Maestro, simply put, is the most important person in the room leading the artistic direction, sound, speed, and movements of an orchestra.

Kentucky Derby
The Kentucky Derby Event held May 6, 2023 is the final Symphony Salon of the Season. The Musical Performance for the evening will take place prior to the Derby race.
The evening is experienced in a non-traditional theater setting, an intimate portrayal within the home of a Symphony Board member. Guests enjoy an array of beverages, a host of food choices & hors d’oeuvres, competitive games, and the company of many Symphony Supporters! It’s a perfect gathering for folks looking to make new friends through the camaraderie of quality live music and sport and those looking for something different and FUN.

Concertmaster Event
Our Concertmaster, Scott Flavin leads the orchestra in its tuning prior to each concert, and customarily plays all of the violin solos within pieces. In addition, he marks the orchestra’s scores with the appropriate bowings – so all the violinists are moving and playing in unison.
The Concertmaster Event is an event for sponsors of a certain level and includes exclusive hospitality and entertainment, brand visibility and access to a desirable consumer and networking base.
Mingle with the Concertmaster, Principal Players and key members of the organization as you enjoy an evening of libations and entertainment.
