About the Concert
Sometimes when you turn on a piece of music, you just can’t help but move—and every piece on this concert will have you doing exactly that! From Florence Price’s exciting Colonial Dance, to Percy Grainger’s playful English country tunes, Khachaturian’s theatrical Masquerade, to the pièce de résistance: the world premiere of Gershwin’s Shall We Dance, featuring international tap sensation, Tommy Sutter, and Symphony of the Americas.
