About the Concert

You may have heard Haydn’s Creation before, but never quite like this. Luke Frazier & Symphony of the Americas brings Haydn’s orchestral masterwork to life in a fully immersive, theatrical experience. Featuring Metropolitan Opera soprano Maureen McKay, celebrated bass-baritone Peter Barber, rising-tenor Chris Leimgruber, and joined by a full chorus, this concert invites audiences to step inside the music.

Following along with the score, thoughtfully integrated lighting will draw the audience more fully into the drama while allowing Haydn’s orchestral masterpiece to remain at the center of the experience.

Performed in English (the Shaw & Parker edition) and shaped with a theatrical sensibility, this presentation brings out The Creation’s inherent drama and clarity, offering both seasoned concertgoers and new audiences an engaging way to experience this landmark piece.
