About the Concert
Join Maestro Luke and Symphony of the Americas for a musical journey through the pieces, composers and mentors that shaped his musical journey. In addition to beloved classics of the symphonic repertoire—from Tchaikovsky to Ravel—the orchestra will be joined by SPHINX Award-winning clarinetist Juan Esteban Martinez for Weber’s thrilling Concertino, National Symphony Orchestra Violinist Regino Madrid for Vaughan Williams’ Serenade to Music, and Metropolitan Opera Mezzo Soprano, Tesia Kwarteng, for the world premiere of new orchestrations of Roger Quilter’s luscious art songs.
Don’t miss this chance to hear music that means so much to Luke—and may just become some of your favorites too—performed by the incredible Symphony of the Americas and three world-class guest soloists!
